Quail Ridge Family Practice

Rena has been with us since 2006. She performs CIMT scans. She is also a Registered Medical Assistant and helps out with rooming patients and medication prior authorizations. She also does our recalls (i.e. if you are due for labs, a physical exam, etc.). If you have any issues with diagnosis codes for your lab billing, she can help you out. Other lab billing inquiries will need to be directed to the lab.

Heidy first joined us for her externship as part of her Medical Assistant program in 2021. Following completion of her externship, she joined our office.

Ali joined our team in 2021. She has several years of experience in the medical field. At our office she processes patient referrals and radiology prior authorizations.

Rebecca is our billing specialist. She has worked here since 2006. She coordinates patient care with their insurance companies and helps patients set up payment plans if needed. She has worked in the medical field for 15 years. She received her Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Information Systems from WSU in 2009.

Karolynn joined our team in January 2022. She has an extensive experience in medical billing.

Clari has been with us for many years and has been with us from almost the beginning. Clari takes care of any bills owed by the office and is also the custodian of our sample medications.

A new addition to our team, Trinity joined the office in 2022. She has several years of experience as a medical receptionist and scheduler.

Sofia joined our office in January 2023. She is a bright addition to our team.
