News

We are offering flu vaccine this year and have a "flu shot day" scheduled for:

October 31st.

Because it takes the body about two weeks to build immunity to the virus, we recommend you wait until then to receive your vaccination. Immunity lasts a few months and wears off sooner in certain individuals. In Tri-Cities, peak flu season is typically January to March. Therefore, if given too soon the initial vaccination may not provide the needed coverage at the peak times when you may be exposed.

For these reasons, we recommend waiting to receive your flu vaccination until October 31st. However, if you would like to have your flu vaccination before then, we will be happy to accommodate you.

Patient with Medicaid will need to go to the Health Department for their vaccinations.
We apologize for any inconvenience.

Saturday Hours

To better serve our patients we will be open every other Saturday morning from 8:00 to 12:00, starting February 23rd. We will only have one or two staff members on those days so if we do not answer the phone (we will try our best!), please leave a message and we will help you as soon as we can. Thank you for your patience.

We are not sure yet if this is a permanent addition to our hours.
